Extra Bank Protection#989

Currently bases are allowed to have up to four fading doors, but this also applies to the bank. The bank should be allowed to have more fading doors as it is a bank and requires additional protection. By doing so would increase its use, and allow lower levels to deposit printers and generate them revenue more as they might not be able to as easily otherwise. I would say maybe 6 doors max instead of the current four.
