Allow players to see and cancel their active tickets#966

Basically this would add a system for players who made a ticket to see their ticket and cancel it if the situation has been resolved before a Moderator could get to it,
This could fix a few things namely; unnecessary sits this would stop a player from being pulled to a sit just to say nevermind or somehting simmilar therefore wasting staffs time, it would also help with ticket walls because sometimes players resolve stuff amongst themselves and don’t need to go to the sit andymore to deal with it. This would overall be benificial and is already on most other servers.
