Make nameplates appear slightly higher#965

Everyones suggesting a bunch of model changes, but i feel the issues people have with most models would be resolved by putting nameplates slightly higher.

Weapons dealer, and pizza chef are the worst offenders: in those models its nearly impossible to see if they are licensed or not, or to even know what theyre name in in the case of pizza chef.
Idk seems like an easier fix than a total model swap
