I feel these changes need implemented to make !arena better:
Disable suicide in console
Fix spawn bug (spawning in spawn instead of arena)
Fix sometimes spawning with knife
Make it so staff on duty cannot participate
Make it so !unbox cannot be accessed
and !gang
