Impeding flow of traffic#590

I returned to atomic after a break to see that now instead of the rule stating noone can build in the roads you may now build in them, this made me hapy because now I see way more very interesting builds and bases. Then I realized how incredibly broken this was people were placing absurdly large KOS platforms that are at the bottom of the enterence to their base. I was building on the road and I had blocked their veiw from their base to this absurdly masive kos block on the rock, I was told I am impeding the flow of traffic kep in mind my little base I was building was smaller than 1/4 of the road while their KOS block took up more than 3/4 of the road and was long to (About as long as the sidewalk surrounding the fountain). How am I impeding the flow of traffic with my small base and they are not? They were able to have their KOS square remain very large and it should be added into the rules that if you are going to have a KOS aquare on the road it should be the largest size of a 4X4 plastic square piece. That or remove their ability to do this entirely. I have seen many innocent people try to get to place like the bank by just walking straight in and immeditly get killed when they even touch the slightest bit of their platform. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible!

Another example, I walked across trying to go to the park and was stabbed in the back by a thief waiting to kill anyone who walked on this.

last 2 I can agree are un reasonable.

any shop (place offering to sell valuables) with a KOS sign AND enforces it (for being on props or inside) would be charged with Raid Baiting if a ticket is made. [[EMISC6. The act of “raidbaiting” (getting a player to raid/enter your KOS zone for an item/valuable and proceeding to KOS them) is not allowed.]] Just start racking up those tickets until this is fixed because I don’t like it either.
