Change or fix the current Shadow Remover Tool#573

The current shadow remove tool does not work for people that join after you apply it to props, to fix this you have to undo the shadow remover and re apply it. Im suggesting that we find a new shadow remover tool that is not bugged so we can enjoy shadowless props.
