A fix for deritos#549

So right now the deritos defualt guns show up as illegal and so they can be arrested as is after being weapon checked. Normally i would say pls fix that but why not add to it, add to the job discription that if a cop checks you, wou will be found guilty. This can add some fun role play of cops hunter deritos on top of the gang wars and the deritos having to plan around the cops. This would give cops more reasons to go around town as well and have come cat and mouse play that can be reversed in bases or in groups.

TLDR: do something about deritos defualt gun on weapon cheacker, but make it fun.
