Remove !noclip for the mod team#120

No clip is just too easily abused. I would rather have my staff team walk to my location. Flying is just too much fun and it shouldn’t be allowed, how has noob not removed it by now?

Alright, So when someone is using cheats to be fast and i can’t noclip I just need to use my little legs and run over there, Makes sense
