Lockdown Adjustments#117

Ok so basically the rules currently for lockdown is that it has to be adverted and it can only happen once every 30 minutes so I am suggesting that instead of requiring an advert it just says in chat to the whole server that it is going in lockdown. And for the 30 minute cooldown I feel like the server should have like something to hard stop lockdown from being done in under 30 minutes say the button doesn’t work until timer is up. On top of this I believe what a different lockdown suggestion said with it being required on the police’s end to make it known to the player they have to get indoors instead of just being aos.
